Instruction manual
Recommended dosage: 2 sachets for a 12.5l fryer; 4 sachets for a 25l fryer.
- Remove the frying oil and food residue.
- Mix the product in a bucket of warm water (45-55°C) until completely diluted.
- Pour the mixture into the fryer to the rim.
- Soak overnight with the basket in the fryer.
- Empty the French fry pan and scrub the edges.
- Rinse the fryer with lukewarm water and dry if necessary.
- Fill with frying oil.
